I would imagine the memory technology inside them is pretty identical, with the only difference being the physical and electrical interface the card presents.

No flash memory is desperately reliable.

Memory stick is Sony proprietary so avoid like the plague.

I have a Kingston class 4 32GB SDHC in my camera which I've been pretty impressed with.

Just realised, my camera uses SDHC cards and I have 2 x 4GB spare.

4GB should hold 1 or 2 MP3's  ::) :y
