would a minifacelift back box fit a facelift ??

I have a Mini facelift 3.0 v6  twin pipe back box to give away (see bits for sale) someone wants to know if it will fit a 2001 2.5 v6 estate...

any idea anyone??

(it's for free by the way....  i'm not selling it, just giving it away)

I think the facelift tail pipes are slightly longer, but its no big deal.  Also need to check that the cut out in the bumper can take the twin pipes.  Otherwise should fit fine.
