According to ITN News none of the four who were arrested had to give fingerprints or DNA sample, which afaik is a legal requirement, one law for them.....

If thats the case it's well order, If you get arrested for  farting in a public place your dna will be taken

And lets not forget that those two financial geniuses and shining examples of honesty, Brown and Darling got away with "flipping" their properties (four times in Darlings case) to evade CGT and artificially push up their expenses claims.
