155 rings a bell James, and like I said in Original Post a big thank you for everything you did to Peachy. :y :y :y

There is no 1.9 Ford Diesel, te 2.0 is 130Bhp and the 2.2 is 173 Bhp. There was a 2.2/155 Bhp in the old Mondeo but not the current shape.

Thats a big investment you have made, about £17k if I guess correctly?
I may be wrong Robert, but will know on the morrow. As for price It was just over £15k. Had to cash an ISA to get it, but what the hell. :y :y :y

As far as I know Rob he is a member.
How often he comes in here I do not know. I did ask him to speak to James V6 as I could not prove what work I have had done to Peachy, so I suggested he come in forum and speak to James who will confirm what work was done, and he wrote down James name so I again assume he will be contacting James in the near future. Hope you don't mind James. :y :y :y
Let`s hope he reads this and offers up the TechII :y

No worries! She's a nice car.

155bhp diesel? I want!!

My brother has a vectra SRI I think it is (08 Plate) thats 150bhp he rockons and theres a chip available as I think it's been mentioned on here that takes it over 200bhp.  Telling me the other night, 42mpg arround town, and allthough he hasnt really done a long run yet 65mpg doesnt seem out of the way
Some of these new Veccies are quick but will not take a bend at speed, they suffer from the worlds worst understeer. New cars are bland & bore me but gun to my head i'd have the Mondeo all day. No contest. :)

If I needed a modern replacement diesel, I'd probably go for a mundano as well. Or possibly a VAG, but you pay for those...
