In view of the experience we have had with your choice of consultants your comments are hardly re-assuring about this one. I do not care if it upsets your consultant to re-arrange the work. As a consultant myself I constantly have to change dates.''
The e-mail goes on and with more capital letters, the word's 'your' and use of capitals is uneccessary in my view especially from a professional consultant, albeit that he is a Council leaseholder.
I will be e-mailing him tomorrow asking convenient dates he can attend, and will re-arrange the re-measure. However, I was asked to liaise with another leaseholder, not him.
