public transport
« on: 01 June 2010, 19:04:59 »

by car it was taking 1/2hr. i went by bus and train today to see mum in hospital. i left at 12, just got back, 2hrs and 50 mins to get back. plus loads of walking. cant believe how much im aching. i know its me mum and i want to see shes ok everyday but it is a killer of a journey.  never a bloody bus lane when you need one  :(

you can understand why people will not use public transport to work on short journeys, just too complicated and takes too long.
