Ronnie Project 2007/2 update
« on: 21 April 2007, 10:56:34 »

Not a lot done on thsi car - in fact the only thing so far is to get it running, which it does and make a LONG list of what needs sorting. Oh, I have also T-cut off some minor scuff marks on the NSF wing, before I Tackle that dent!

SO, list so far:

Drivers side manifold blowing
Air injection one way valve blown
Exhaust mid section leak
Very noisy top end (tappety)
Air con re-gas
CD player jumping.
Drivers door check strap adrift
Dent NSF wing
Radiator plastic cover missing
1 Alloy badly kerbed
LPG certification
Tax it

There you go. Not so bad

ALSO, cambelt & water pump, full service etc.

No rush. Another couple of weeks before I can really start on it. But once done? Wow this will be nice. Everything works. Bose, Memory leather seats, all seat heaters, both mirrors, self dimming mirror, Xenons, rear blind, climate control, all bulbs, PAS, LPG switchover. Just wants a good sort out and away she goes. Mileage of 113k with FSH makes this car worth about £2750 when done. Cost me pennies so I cannot lose.

I guess the list isn't as bad as it looks!

If you're changing the timing belt kit, will you pop the camshafts out, and clean/test/replenish the lifters?
