I've had a look through and can't seem to find an outline of the discussions at the Lakes meet. Were the discussion(s) made public or was everything done and dusted at the meet?

So far I've figured out:-

* Tightened rules in the sales sections.
* Jimbob promoted to Global Mod.
* Daz promoted to Mod.

Anything else? Is there more to be discussed further on the forum? Or is it all decided now?

Between getting home, unpacking, eating, sleeping, getting up for work, getting home, eating etc, (there was also an unintentioned outage that caused a minor panic in TB's household) time was and still is at a bit of a premium.

Give us a little time to draw breath and all will be explained - not that theres an awful lot further to explain, most was from an admin perspective.

Must have missed that, where should I be looking to catch up.. 


Found it, I hadnt been in the sale sections today.

I like the idea of adding prices, allso I think if sellers created a list of parts as they do they ought to edit and update the main post when an item is sold.  (As DLK does - sometimes  )

Whilst I managed to have a chat with a couple of people who I knew were not happy to try to understand why, we didn't really get time for a public discussion - as is often the way at these meets, even with the best of intentions.  Probably needs more time to ponder on those thoughts I gathered from a couple of people.

Fortunately, the Admins did have a quick sit down to try to resolve some particular Admin issues that urgently needed sorting, some that have already been obviously noticed, some that are internal issues.


If anyone has something particular they would like to let the Admin Team know, please send a PM to any Admin, and we can stir it all up into the pot, and possibly the basis for futher discussion
