pictures from your phone or camera need to be hosted elsewhere, such as Photobox etc, & then you link to them on here.

piccies from your phone to your computer, upload them to a site of choice,

insert the "url address" between the "insert image" button at the top.

When your picture is hosted in Photobox/Photobucket/etc is will give various options of its properties. ie http//photobox.this picture
you then copy this to here, highlight it & then click the picture above like
[img ]http// photobox.this picture[ / img ]
(but withoutt he extra spaces I've put in) and you should then get you picture appear here
