we never had a tent in the 70's
we started off with a Bedford CA dormobile camper
then in the late 70's we upgraded to a Commer caravanette

Up until recently I had one of these...



It's a CombiCamp Sport. Took all of 30 seconds to setup! 15 minutes after pulling up I'd be sitting on the bed with a cuppa ;D
