It would appear that yesterday, the honest, placid, not normally gullible person that I am, was 'had over' by those I had hitherto considered friends.  By that, I mean real friends, people that I regularly meet face to face, visit in their homes and regularly talk to on the 'phone etc and not just keyboard warriors that you see on internet forums (Broomies Mate and Rufus, please take note....)

As said at the start of this thread, I dont nornally get drawn into the childish antics that can abound, 'cos I'm a grumpy git.  However, Daz, TB and others all acted, art and part and in a concerted and concentrated manner, to get to me.  And they did.

Son, you are going to get the slipper, next time we meet up, and yer Maw says I can use hers so no use running there with a snotty nose....  :P
I feel unloved, unwanted, and left out  :'(, why don't I get the slipper as well ::)

Dad, honestly I give you my word as your Son it was all Mike Dundee. I hate grassin but if Jammie and I are in for the slipper he should be too  :-[

Oi, don't be roping me into this yet again :-X...the truth is in the right hands now :P......I had enough of the slipper from mee ma when I was a wee lad. However, saying that some of you older lads now might enjoy it ;D ;D
