Money Changing Woes

An Asian traveller here on holiday went into a Money Exchange in London and on handing over his 2000 yen, he received £15. Two days later he returned and handed over another 2000 yen but this time got £13. "Why diflens?" said the traveller.
"Fluctuations", said the counter clerk.
As he was leaving, the very angry traveller said "Fluk you Engrish too!!!" ;D
