Daybreak TV.
« on: 08 October 2010, 06:27:57 »

I was never a big fan of GMTV, but Daybreak which has replaced it has to be seen to be believed. Its like something from the early days of channell 4, real amateur hour stuff.
The famous "chemistry between Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley is nowhere to be seen.
Personally I find both of them irritating anyway. Chiles in particular is more likely to put people back to sleep than wake them up imo. I really dont understand how or why he became  the hottest property on TV.
I know the easy answer is "dont watch it", but I have to pass the early hours somehow at work and have freeview with a very poor signal, so its often a matter of which channell has a watchable picture more than which has the best programme at any given time.

I couldn't agree more it's shit. The two presenting it reality do put me in a bad mood in the morning, so it's BBC Breakfast for us now.

I used to like The One Show but they don't work so well on Daybreak.

Usually watch BBC breakfast anyway.

And I haven't watched TOS since Adrian Chiles was pushed out.

Had a right scare once though on powering up a PVR and found it was on BBC and TOS was on and the irritating git Evans was on >:( >:(
