If you are sending them seperately then a suggestion for packing would be:-

Cut 8 discs of thick cardboard the same size as the tyre and get a big roll of duct tape. Stand the wheel up, put a disc either side and a complete loop of duct tape 3 or 4 times so the tape makes an asterix on each side. That will protect the rims from most possible damage :y

All my stuff over 1kg goes by DHL, never had a problem. Parcel force: Begins with an "A" and ends in hole, well the guy who delivered my windscreen knowing full well it was smashed but refuesed to a point of being rude to let me check it first.

When i complained to Parcel Force they said you signed for it and all drivers will let you check first

I got feed up in the end and switched all my parcels work to DHL

I got a quote of £40 from interparcel.com for 4x 19" alloys when I ebayed the set that came with my mig.
That was to a mainland postcode tho, dunno how much they'd charge for NI.
I just wrap'em in bubble wrap, cardboard and packaging tape.
