We had the delightful experience of staying in the same hotel that the Housing Association had put some of these poor people up in... What and experience

Dreadful night with lots of noise (kids running and parents shouting till at least midnight and started again at about 06:30 ) but the hotel were good and gave us complimentary dinner as compensation.

Now, I do sympathise with the dreadful loss these people have had but they really were cashing in on it and also being incredibly ungrateful for the generosity and assistance some people were showing.

As I said to the guy at the hotel this morning, they should have all been put together or paying guests informed... We wouldn't have stayed there had we known!

They were being well looked after though... All food and non-alcoholic drinks included
