It seems to me that whenever you're travelling on a road that has some kind of width restriction such as parked cars on your side of the road or council built width restriction, there is often virtually no oncoming traffic at all, but as soon as you arrive at the restriction, the oncoming traffic seems endless and you end up getting stuck for ages. Then there's the situation when you get stuck behind a tractor, bus, lorry or a real captain slow, it doesn't matter which direction you take, you can gaurantee they will be going the same way as you.
Is it really sod's law or could there be a rational explanation? :-/ Seems to happens to me every day travelling to and from work.
