Hello from Newton Ayecliffe.
« on: 30 November 2010, 20:32:15 »

Parked up in Hotel Volvo @ customers premesis ready to reload & 08:30 tomorrow (lay in). Drove straight past the truckstop & Maccy D's & just had Chicken & sweetcorn soup (tinned) cottage cheese & mackerel salad (made yesterday) & a banana for puddy.
If MD's served egg & sausage Mc muffins at night my resolution may have weakened!!! :P ::)
