But?

If the man didnt move untill the trained departed then i am sure he would not have get hurt.

There is naff all clearance underneath a train these days. I remember checking under an Electrostar, and what woudl happen is you would get snagged on control boxes and dragged along, not a nice way to go.

he would of died if it was england, health and safety would of done a risk assesment first

Yes, as he was lying in the the four foot clenching his butt cheeks he would have been smacked in the head by the AWS or ATPS pickup!

So no, not a good idea!  :y
