True, but still gutted about it.  ;D

Mind you, we were rather lucky yesterday.  ::)
Rules state a quickly taken lineout must be with the same ball that has just gone 'out of play', but we were given a different ball to use.
The ref asked if the 'correct ball' had been used and the touch judge confirmed it was, so the try was awarded.

Often the case...come off the back of a very good performance and the turn in a shocker.

In fairness the Scots played to their own strengths (which are limited )but the match was lost when they were down to 14....John Barclay had a good laugh at the misfortune of the ref being helped off injured..strange game really.

Lets see if England are up for a Grand Slam ..Ireland will be a different story I think although against Italy..well who knows.??
