How to upload pictures?

Apologies all, but I couldn't find a guide to upload pictures.

I've got a photobucket account now as I've seen that mentioned, but unsure on what to do next.

I'm running windows 7 if that makes any difference?

also you can use any programs like paint to resize your pictures..  :y
