My opinion of Tesco was shattered having found a mango I bought there to be rotten to the stone. [smiley=thumbdown.gif]

Oh no! They probably only sell rusty cars then. ::) ;D

As usual, Tesco find a niche they haven't yet dominated and enter it, minded to snuff out any competition and then drive quality down and prices up. >:(

Surely only a total idiot would buy a used car without a test drive nor any real comeback  (unless it was stupidly cheap). I guess some will see the big brand name and trust it, though. Oh, it's OK - you can return it in the first 7 days*

* - Terms and conditions apply - in other words, not really ;)

Had a browse today and, although they are not exactly giving them away they are quite a bit cheaper than the prices quoted on Parkers. Now, I know Parkers tend to overestimate a bit, but I reckon you could still save a bob or two:

www.tescocars.com

Edit: Forgot to say...no trade-in and no test drive.

So who would buy this
http://www.tescocars.com/cars/vauxhall/corsa/573817/vauxhall-corsa-diesel-hatchback-13-cdti-life-3dr/
without a test drive and not know if it would pull 2 adults up a hill with out strugging

Depends on the size of the adults. ::)

You can watch an AA man doing a test drive, just ask for a really fat one. ;D

My Mum test drove one of those and complained it was gutless. :o

That might not sound too odd, unless you know my Mum's driving style. If she complains about a car it normally means it's missing a wheel. ;D
