putting my car back on the road

Hi

My omega has been stood for 12 months (with sporadic starting/moving)  what do you suggest as basic restart maintenance/service?

It may be a bit over the top but flush the coolant system and renew with vx red stuff(at proper mixture) an oil and filter change would be an idea, check the plugs,ht leads and dispack for any breakdown/splitting.Make sure battery is fully charged.Check discs/pads for binding and rust.Fuel may need to be replaced due to breaking down with age.I hope that helps, like I said a bit over the top in some peoples eyes but better to be safe than sorry. :y
