Someone said on here just after getting my elite that it looked a peachy car, so I called her Peachy.
Makes sense, Maybe not.
 

Might 've been me. I use the word as a compliment if someones posted a nice piccie up ie "peachy mig". 8-)

i must be the sad one then ive allways given my cars names as my mum dad named all there cars my sd1 is called sweet tilly my old omega was goliath and my currnt omega is black knight my my rover 827 was road runner my 820 the beast and my missus named my 1.2 micra daisey

Always name my cars, think it gives them a personality, i have had over 20 cars over the years so too many to list here, but a few of my faviourets are :-

Cilla, she was a black toyota celica (Cilla Black )

Rosie, my 1st car, a MGB Roadster in red ( roses are red !)

Victor, my 2.4 granada (He was a grumpy tempremental old man, like Victor Meldrew )

Now i have Lady Olivia, my MV6 Estate(with a few special bits !) was going to just call her Olivia but she is a posh bird so the lady got added 


My hubby (v6 fletch) calls his 2.5 omega BOB , cos he is a big old bas***d lol.
dont think all cars are female, till you drive them you dont know 

after driving around in mondeos and smaller cars than that BoB IS a big ole b*st*rd

The Beastie or Big black beastie to give her her full monicker came ready named when i bought her from some one we all know & love.
   She certainly lives up to her name, it fits & i see no need to change it. 8-)

If i had'nt bought the Beastie i'd still be cruising round in him listening to jazz fm....NICE!!!!! 8-)

I don't normally name my cars, but this Miggy has been tagged with "The Barge". When I've got a full load and I'm throwing it about a bit, it shows the cars limitations. It makes me laugh when I see the hamster in Top Gear with the VW done up as a canal barge...I could do that!
