LPG Day 2
« on: 26 March 2010, 23:35:26 »

Not uploaded pictures yet, tad nackered. Its all back together, and once restarted, uh-oh, air leak. Bit of scratching heads, and early worries it was inlet manifold gasket, i looked at LD and said, "you did connect the EGR on the manifold?" ....... D'oh!

Thats back on loosely, so needs nipping up, but about 95% done, tomorrow couple of very small tidying up jobs, starting at 9, expecting to tank up with gas at around 10am, and do the mapping  :D

...

Yes... I confess :-[ :-[ :-[

Stupid 4 pots  :P :P ::) ::)

Anyway... It's all TB's fault... He was talking to me  ::) ::)

As Tunnie says, it's finger tight and the car now purrs... Just got to let him get his gadget hands in there in daylight and tighten it up. I've got 4 wiring connections to make in the morning, a little tidying in a couple of places I'm not 100% happy with and to finish off connecting one of the vent pipes (which Tunnie was meant to do today ::)) and we'll be off to fill up/leak test. :y :y

Actually... More like 98% really ;) :y

I'll collect the petrol map on the way there and LPG map on the way back.  :y

Then pack up my tools, load up the car and I should be home for a late lunch :y :y

[edit]Had a shower and ready for bed... Quick cuppa and I'll be sleeping like a baby[/edit]
