Engine size
« on: 29 March 2010, 12:20:15 »

Am I right in thinking this should be a 2.2 and not the 2.0 as stated.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2004-53-Vauxhall-Omega-CD-2-0-AUTOMATIC-4-doors-Saloon_W0QQitemZ200455591444QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item2eac159614

Oh yes rather high price aswell.

Agreed they came in 2.0 form but thought it changed to 2.2 in and around year 2000 or 2001.

What makes you think that it is a 2.2 and not the 2.0?
there is no info on the engine apart from in the titel, but I would say he / she should know what size engine they have.

The fact it's 4 years younger than the last production 2.0 Omega is a clue ;)

2.0 ceased in MY 2000, replaced with 2.2

Possible engine has been replaced.  Its even possible the mileage is correct, but unlikely.  It is not possible its a MY 2004 as claimed though....

All the parts sites come up with 2.2 when you enter tehr eg.

It might have been registered in 2004 but, its was manufactured in 2003!
