pah, Edd uses old nuts with new wheels the cheapskate and anyway his mate Paul does most of the graft I reckon. Would rather have the workshop facility than that lanky git getting his hair everywhere ;)

Saw him in a petrol station once trying to get one of his crates started (think it was one of his Guiness book of records heaps of furniture on wheels).

Offered him a jump start but he wasn't desperately polite in response. :( He can go forth next time.

Agreed.
I have heard Clarkson has a similar problem with us minions as well. Unlike Tiff Needell, who was more than happy to sit and chat all night in the pub with the Chevette/Sunbeam owners after filming while Clarkson propped up the bar at the other end on his own.

I had an Interceptor once-had more rust than the Titanic-lovely exhaust note though.

My brother had a XJS V12 at the time-both cars were equal to 60-then the XJS left the Interceptor for dead.
