Is it a case of plugging in the Tech II or whatever it is nowadays :-/
I know Transits can be limited to what ever speed you want by plugging them in.

I have just driven 550 miles in the above mentioned Vauxhall Movano, it was the longest slowest drive ever

60mph all the way!!! I don't know why it was restricted so slow the rev counter of only sitting at 2500rpm at 60mph
