The trouble with Tobin is he is a horrible wirery (compulsive) bullshitting sorry little man who is working the system for every little advantage that he can get, The longer he can drag out a court case the more time he spends out of mainstream nick & all the ("oh we can't violate his basic human rights now can we") perks that come with that - He will never admit to any of his heinous crimes and has shown absolutly zero remorse for those that have been attributed to him,  no doubt he will take many secrets to his hopefully premature & painful demise.

I'd like to second that.
Trouble is these days Sub-Humans like Tobin and all the Nonce's are segregated from all of the other prisoners for their own safety.....so its impossible for a fitting and perfectly justifiable punishment to be given to them.
In the old days word would spread around the prison that the new bloke is in for rape or kiddie fiddling, and the other prisoners would make sure he got what he deserved.

This was usually done by putting the Sub-Human through an identical ordeal to what he forced his victim or victims to endure   

It was the prison officers who informed the inmates what the guy was in for and would make sure they were somewhere else when they knew the real and proper justice was going to be served 

Its such a shame for the victims familys and for society in general that this is becoming impossible to do, although i'm sure it does still happen now and again. 

The cold hard truth is that a lot of the time the Sub-human's rights and welfare is prioritised above the victims and their family's.
There are no words in the english language that can truely explain just how perverse and wrong that is.

Welcome to modern day Great Britain everybody.
All of those brave young men and women who sacrificed their lives in the two world wars must be looking down on us now and be so bloody ashamed and angry at what British society has become.   

They all lost their lives at such a young age to protect us from oppression from another part of the world.
Now we are doing it to ourselves from the inside out......and no i'm not talking about the prison system.
Just the system in general.

Well that is what used to happen -
Unfortunatly it all got a bit out of hand when the officers at feltham YOI devised a pastime called "Gladiator" - where 2 (or more) "selected" inmates would share a cell & the officers would wager on the outcome, All good clean fun, right up untill they paired up a young lad called Zihed (in for 3months for a petty shoplifting charge) with somone called Robert Stewart I forget what he was in for but you could recognize him by the swastika & R.I.P tattoed on his forehead..... I have no idea of the odd's on offer that day but the outcome was rather more than was expected when Stewart removed the table leg and battered the unsuspecting Zihed to death with it while he slept.... (one of those goverment tables with the bolt & wingnut !  )
