Vauxhall Astra - no fuel filter?!?!
« on: 06 August 2010, 00:10:15 »

Hello, whilst buying service items for my sisters car in Vx today I asked for a fuel filter for a 57 plate Astra 1.6 (petrol). I was told they don't have fuel filters! Not being familiar with these cars (I'm only doing filters, fluids, plugs on it), and not wanting to look daft (haha) I didn't ask about it! Does anyone know anything about this please? No fuel filter? Is it because fuel is alot better than years gone by, or is there some kind of cartridge in the tank that doesn't need replacing? Thanks!

No doesn't have one. Why?. No idea but GM must have a reason.
