everytime i start a new fitness surge it all goes pair shaped!  two years ago i started five a side and dislocated my elbow first game, bought an exercise bike and stubbed/broke my toe on one of the legs when getting it out, went jogging and severly twisted my ankle in a grass pothole and thursday joined a squash club and pulled a hamstring during my second game!
i have never injured myself on my sofa so may take the less painful option in future and watch other people doing the sports on telly !!!!!!!!!!!

Thats okay then i'm that shape already and not a broken bone or visit to the quack! Works for me

I played squash for thirty years. The best advice I ever had was that "you get fit to play squash, you don't play squash to get fit".
Now all you have to do is find a way to get fit using the Sofa..... now I wonder what you could do???

I find that the eqipment that you have to use to get fit on a sofa can turn somewhat disagreeable after a while. Stick to squash
