Plastic trim on the Elite...
« on: 10 April 2011, 09:53:41 »

On my prefacelift Elite I had the "wood" efect trim.

I know the prefacelift MV6 has the carbon fibre look, but is there a silver trim like the facelift MV6 available for the prefacelift?

If not is there anyone who would like to exchange the trim from carbon fiber to wood?

TIA  :y

Yup, the Pre-facelift had an aluminum choice, along with the Wood and Carbon. I think it was called 'Titanium'?

Have a look on German ebay there are always plenty of both Carbon and Aluminum.
I got my Carbon from Germany and if you use Google Chrome you have the pages translated as an option, although in my experience most German ebayers are able to email in English (which helps considerably!).
You can get the door handle surrounds and steering wheels in these trims too.

........But I have to say that that post is only about the steering wheel with Carbon, not the rest of the trim.............

Steering wheel I'm not fussed about. With the black leather interior, I wanted a "brighter" interior with the silver/aluminium effect trim.. :)

That wouldn't be a bad idea actually  ;)

Do you have both the centre handbrake & centre dash plastics, if so, what would you want for them?

Cheers mate  :y
