Just you wait.  I was a 32" waist in uni :y

Up until my mid 20s, I was 28" and 9.5st.

I hate to say 'I told you so', but I have told the useless student several times over the years that all of a sudden the weight would go on  ::)

It certainly will :-[ :-[ ::) ::) :D :D

I put it down to the inboard face being more exposed to damp and splashing under the car...  :-/.  The tin guard doesn't extend to the bottom of the disc, so some is exposed...???  :-/
I don't buy that - the brakes will knock off the rust long before it can pit.

The rears don't suffer the same fate.

I wonder if its related to floating caliper, esp as it ages, and probably a bit of wear on the caliper pins, and the forces exerted on them  :-/

More likely I would have thought... On older FC setups you can see the caliper move slightly towards the front (in the "wrong" direction) when the brakes are applied ;)

As I could not post anything positive on your thread, I thought I would take the pish  ;D

I've only ever fitted standard GM (TC not OEM) to mine, they do the job. But then again its not got enough power to really use the brakes.
