vehicle id and an IVA / vic etc.  is based on points, you score points for engine, suspension, body shell and chassis changes.  If someone makes a pick up it doesnt HAVE to become a Q plate.

i dont want to know more about it as already done our bit.  start another thread if needs be but this is a GALLERY for photos.
