Mike Dundee.

Just looked over your site, you must have so much patience! and top marks it really does look good!

It makes my Omega, which is a good example look like a banger.

I must admit there is something about the Omega which I like, I don't know what it is yet lol.

:o :o how long did that take ya to do??
and how easy is it to do, ive been wanting to do this to mine

Was around 6-8 hrs stripping, 4 hrs finishing it. I cheated and gave the finishing job to a friend who has a metalwork shop, as I done most of it sat between my legs on the garden :-/, my mate said it would'nt need any lacquering ::)

As its alloy, if you stick a greasy finger on it the grease will soak into the metal......hence, laquer it and it will be MUCH easier to keep clean

We discussed this actualy on Friday, you dont need high temp plate for the plenum is it wont get above about 100 degC.....mainly because its nicely air cooled  :y

I noticed that actually, they dont seem to get hot really, but better to be safe than sorry i suppose for the sake of £4 a tin,and i would say that the high temp stuff should adhere better to it. :y
