glad she is being looked after!! loved that car,

so much so, i got a signum to replace it, had it a week and every light known to man lit up and took it back to the dealer, they opted to refund me!!

so i got a good deal on a m5! but was way to thirsty and i been offered another house for a steal of a price,

so i went out and bought a facelift 3.0 elite! lol

Hi Matty,  took me a while, longer than this kind of job would normally, but I got there in the end.  Everytime I thought I was winning along came another bolt in a place you could not get too - very frustrating!!  The cambelt had indeed NOT been changed and the tensioner had failed.  This caused the inlet valves to hit the pistons and bent them.  Luckily they did not damage the piston tops - just marked them.  Got some pictures if your interested, pm me your email address again.  Cheers for now.
