Devon..........Jim Fixed it
« on: 03 August 2007, 01:31:06 »

A big well done and thank you to James for the camelt & tensioner change down here in sunny (yes....really sunny) Barnstaple :y :y :y - a pleasure to meet James and his "family"

Top job :y James really knows his stuff. :y

Unfortunatley, didn't have time to go out with them afterwards as my youngest son had bought me tickets to go and see Bill Bailey in Ilfracombe (excellent show  - very funny), so had to rush off a bit quick, but might see them again Monday. Still, managed to squeeze in a couple of beers while doing the job ;)

I'd recommend James to anyone, especially the likes of me - useless under the bonnet  :-[

Thankfully Paypal are deciding in my favour, so I've got to return the kit for a full refund.
Then I'll use the cash to buy an SP one!!

So Bob - now You have seen it first hand and bearing in mind the miles you do.....im sure James has whetted your appette to do it next time...

Which reminds me - you have whetted my appetite - that i am going to see Mr Bailey in November in Glasgow...Good show i hope?  :y

Jeez, if anything it's put me off!! Taking half the engine apart is one thing, but putting it all back together..........like I said to James - "how the hell do you remember where everything goes........nuts, bolts, bagpipes etc. everywhere!! :o :o :o I guess I'm really not cut out for that sort of work :-[
I have to say though, it was quite fascinating to watch.

Bill Bailey show was superb, although the 2nd half of the show was by far the best. :y
I have to say, I didn't realise that he was such a talented musician - he performs quite a lot of stuff using a variety of musical instruments. Top show :y
