Looking to buy this... anyone got a transporter? Or know of a cheap service? I need to transport it about 60 miles...

Get a tow pole and tow it....or look in yellow pages and ring round a few.

It cost us 100 quid to get the estate brought back from London.

Sounds reasonable... unless one of our Newbury/berkshire members have any driveway space and fancy a few beer tokens ;D

Beh, I let it go, at £205.

Looks tidy.. but went over the figure I had in my head, so I didn't bid!

general rule ... £1 per mile is possible for recovery if you shop around.

i looked into getting a car trailed about 50 miles from High Wycombe to my place, cheapest i found was £60 i think....

You have the lpg veccy, so fuel will be a lot cheaper.

Even at £205.. there is not much money in that. Maybe sell for £800 if running right.... guess could make £300, £400 profit?

have to be a quick turn around to be worth it imo....
