i bet you're glad you took the insurance route now! tis fantastic news

take it easy for a few days and see how the neck gets, then weigh up the pros and cons of a whiplash claim!

Good news James :y as has been said I would log your injurys with the doc. and the ins. company just in case this, type of injury can have effects in the future

Ps how's ya neck?

Was 3-4 days after I was rear ended (at a low speed) my neck started suffering, couldn't move my neck fully and couldnt do a full day at work in front of a monitor.
Have bupa through work, so went along and got some physio, helped a lot, mainly posture and exercises
took months to have full mobility back, but got a couple of grand for my trouble  :y

Where there's blame there's a claim ;)

Go to doctors tomorrow morning!

Get checked

Whiplash comes after a few days

When I rolled I had a sore shoulder a few days later not the same day
