First off, try giving them a clean on the outside with glass polish (the cream, not windowlene or similar)

If that doesn't work, you could always take them off and rinse out the inside with isopropyl alcohol - about £5 for 500ml from your local chemist and won't leave watermarks on the reflector.

If that still doesn't work, buy newer ones from a scrappy or brand new ones from a stealer. Not likely to be a cheap option with the last one though...
