Fan Belt rought over the Pulleys.

 ::)  Hi I have a Vauxhall Omega TD 1999 with a 2.5 V6 BMW engin, and my Fan belt snapped, fortunatley it was on my drive, so I bought another but I dont know the rought it goes on the pulleys and for this modle they havent written a manual, SO PLEASE has anybody got a drawing they could send me, THANKS in advance, from DENSUM.

Hopefully someone will be along soon to help - alas, I don't have my TIS at work (yet ;)), and never changed on on a 2.5TD so can't say from memory either :(

Just done mine but describing it is kinda impossible!!
6 pulleys, it goes straight across the top and down both sides but you have to put it through the tensioner  first which is at the top!!! hope that helps but no other way of describing it, rad out job by the way wouldnt like to try to do it with rad in!!! also need a heel bar to lift the hydraulic trensioner to allow the new belt over all the pulleys :y

It's either a V6 Petrol or a 6-inline Diesel, but not a V6 Diesel... In this case it would be 6-inline BMW-sourced Diesel engine. I'll see if I can find some info about the belt and report back later...

All together about 45 mins. with the help of a freind.  Thanks again it makes it so easy if you have the right tools and freinds I like this site .
