working on the miggy
« on: 11 September 2007, 16:36:27 »

I`ve attacked the rust on the back doors today i`ve used a wire brush and some halfords rust treatment in an attempt to stem the tide i might go out 2mora if the weather holds and put some primer on to protect it a bit more...does anyone have any other ideas as how to tackle the problem? I`ve also rotated my wheels front to rear cause i was a little concerned with a wobble i was getting at 40-50 mph from the front end that has seemed to disappeared now...Once i`ve done that 2mora i need to start thinking about getting this back box sorted out and a new one sourced and fitted...What a way to be spending my birthday 2mora...tatting about without a care in the world... ;D  ;D  ;D

Primer can be porus, you need to 'top coat' it as soon as the primer is dry.
