Remote boot opening

Hi i `ve seen mention of remote boot opening, can i
do the same to my 96 estate.

The facelift has remote boot opening...

Not sure if this can be retrofitted to pre-facelift though - where did you see this mentioned?

... plus on the facelift it's a saloon-only feature, for estates you still have to press the button on the tailgate lock to open it ...

hi oh well just have to look into a mod of my own, i had this on
my mondeo`s as a cable release , its handy as i have a seven seat conversion,
saves getting to let the kids out.
