Oil cooler update

Well its all back together now just waiting to re cut the sump plug hole after it being stripped.

A big thank you to all that have helped with my questions have one more for you.... there are several very small plastic pipe/tubes about 2mm wide is there any info as to the correct configeration as to where they go????


Have taken lots of photos so will upload them next week

Yes, there is info on the vac pipe connections in the maintenance guides section

congratulations on the job being done, i take it its as of yet not running....due to sump issue?

Sadly yes going to have to wait till at least tuesday night to see but at least I have not rushed the job but time and leaks will tell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would it not have been easier to just replace the steel sump pan? I can't remember price now but it wasn't too expensive - IIRC > £60 to replace it and the oil & filter.
