immobiliser/alarm
« on: 01 July 2007, 20:26:13 »

hi

I asked about this early this week but I am still having botter!!

Can anyone tell me how to by pass the alarm and immobilser on a early omega, the one with the infra red remote.  I understand it can be done at the immobiliser control unit but I can't even find this. Auto data says it is in the lower drivers side dash area but I'm dammed if I can find it, to be fair I wouldn't even know what it looks like!

The car is a 1995 m reg 2.5td

some one please help before I go mad and buy some petrol and a box of matches.

thanks

Andy

found c/l unit in kick well, but where is the relay.

Autodata says nuber 5 in relay board under dash but that is heated rear window.

I realy need to get this running and just don't have the spare cash to tow it to the dealers!!
