A while back I posted about a noise that seemed to happen when the car was moving, I've narrowed it down a little more and in my usual vague non-technical description...

It's a 3.2 v6

It seems to usually happen slowing down towards a roundabout etc, in gear at about 1800rpm.
I've also managed to get the noise around the same revs with the clutch in, and also in neutral.

It sounds like something's vibrating somewhere, is it likely to be something like the exhaust vibrating?

The noise it gives is a more metallic version of sticking a playing card in a cycle wheel (We all did it, maybe!)

It doesn't happen all the time, just now and then. Annoying when it does, but doesn't seem to do anything. Stops when I get out of the 1800rpm area.
