ok im at my wits end and pulling whats left of my hair out . i will start at the start best place.. my air con was not that cold and my car was overheating so i changed the hbv and flushed the system. now i must of had a airlock because the temp went through the roof  so i drained the system again and flushed with a hose i also checked the fuses as my heater was not blowing hot air and found a 30 amp at the back of the relay box had blown . i put a new one in and my two front fans came on, these run all the time when the car is on and only one if you push the eco buton.now the strange thing this never happend before the fan only came on when hot well one did. so any ideas to how i would have one fan running all the time and why my heater wont blow hot

It will be the vac system.....the actuators in the cabin are vaccum operated.

The vac pipe comes off the brake servo pipe and travels across the back of the engine bay to the vac reservoir on top of the pollen filter, a return pipe then heads back across the rear of the engine bay to the bulk head where it passes through a rubber coupling by the heater mnatrix feed pipes (back left). A further vac pipe then comes back throguh in the same area and connets to the top of the heater bypass valve.

Check all this pipe run for hose damage etc.

 cant find anyting wrong with vac pipes now while playing around i have diecoverd if i turn the heating to lo it gets cold when i turn it up to hi it blows hot for a min ?? then goes cold again and i thought i fixed it boo hoo. i cant feel any suction on the hbv when the teater is on i take it there should be..
