screen washer

when i clean the filter in my screen washer the jets work for a about a day then gets blocked again every time i take the filter out it is covered in gunge do i need to take the washer bottle off and give it a good clean can i do it on the car do i need to take bumper off to get at it

Try removing both pumps and using a hose to flush out all the gunge.  Then ensure you use fresh screenwash at recommended concentration

A swill round with some white vinegar and a bottle brush might help to remove any scale from the tank.
