Power steering fluid emptying?
« on: 23 September 2007, 18:53:01 »

Hi guys, how do you empty the power steering fluid on my car?
the level always stays at the same mark, just wondered if you have to empty it every so often and put fresh stuff in?
have ordered some Forte power steering additive, should i add it to my old fluid, or empty old stuff then add it?

Never had to put any additive in.  It can be drained at one of the low pipes.  But, I've never needed to do it...

Any power steered car should get a slight increase in PAS noise at full lock, that is normal.
