The bearing is NOT part of the slave cylinder, it simply clips onto it.....the buy parts by kit comes with the bearing (at least it did) and you can get it on its own (even from Vx).

I presume the manual box is a LOT lighter than the auto, by looking at it?

Assuming your box is the standard one for the X25XE engine ...  then according to my resources

Not really a one man job to get the box back on. The Barge Captain helped me and I don't think I could have done it without him.

I've done the autobox on my own... but it's NOT fun !

Don't know if the auto is the same but on the manual the coupling where gearbox bolts to the driveshaft fits a strange way round. It sort of nestles inside. I think you could easily bolt it back on incorrectly (on the outside).

It's also drilled to balance it so I marked its position with crayon so I could get it back on exactly as it came off.
