How would i bypass the oil cooler?

Seen somewhere that unless you do a lot of towing (which i dont) , then it isnt needed.

I suspect mine might be on the way out so would be a good idea for me.

The oil cooler (oil to water intercooler) does a lot of good things for you.

1) It heats the coolant faster as the oil heats up

2) It maintains the oil temp at a nice constant temp.....which is good because the operating viscosity remains constant.

I suspect its the oil cooler that helps to keep wear on the V6 so low (as long as you change the oil regularly)

What makes you think it going....they normlay just let go but last a long time of the antifreeze mix is kept at 50:50
